I had a life change three years ago and thought I needed to buy a house on my own so I did just that. Little did I know I would find someone special and the next year need to sell my home and try to “get out” without going totally under so I called Jolynn and the magic began. She was able to sell my home in 45 days in an area where it was the highest price home on the market and literally a year from when I purchased it (thru a different agent). My significant other put his home on the market with a different agent in a more opportunistic area and there we sat….for a year and a half…with no offers. I talked him in to calling Jolynn and once again she came through…bells, whistles and all. She listed his house and the NEXT DAY we had an offer. Thinking it would never go thru, we had all the papers signed within 3 days and were only waiting on title paperwork. We closed a month later and now we can move on to other ventures. There is no other Agent I will ever use as it has been proven to me first hand the drive and determination Jolynn puts forth in her work. Not only does she get the job done but she does it in a professional way that protects her client while keeping it personal so you feel like you are dealing with family. I decided against having a home inspection with all the other things I had on my mind, but Jolynn took it upon herself to send a roofer over anyway, because she was looking out for us. By doing this it saved me a great deal of money because it turned out the roof was in serious need of replacement. I then had the opportunity to negotiate a new roof into my contract before buying the house. Had she not done this I would have had to replace the roof very soon.
